Additional Pictures from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore contained in this new photograph release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing different areas of the estate.

In addition to this are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.

Further documentation released as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
